Welcome to the home of scientific integrity and progress where we use Linear-Empirical thinking where every claim must be "paid for" by the evidence that preceded it. This means always having a data-backed foundation on which to scaffold our conclusions. Not doing so, would inadvertently turn solid deductions into hypothesis.
As Sir Isaac Newton stated: “I frame no hypotheses; for whatever is not deduced from the phenomena is to be called a hypothesis, and hypotheses, whether metaphysical or physical, whether of occult qualities or mechanical, have no place in experimental philosophy.” Thus, we never aim to "propose" or "suggest" anything. Rather we identify the only logical survivor after the evidence is audited.
This stance, while unpopular, allows our readers to "own" the conclusions they arrive at, since they must walk the path of the reasoning themselves. Not laying the evidence out for their consideration, or worse: in the absence of such evidence substituting consensus for reason robs the reader of the mechanical realization of Truth.
Honouring the Integrity & Intelligence of our Audience
Such “Earned" conclusions require that in the development of our Expositions no assertion will appear until its mechanical "Ground Truth" has been established. We will build the case for whatever proof we are establishing first, and only once the empirical properties are locked in will we come to logical conclusions. In all such cases the eventual conclusion is inevitable as it is the only one supported by the careful reading of observational data.
We trust our readers are themselves seekers of “Truth.” This means we will always make the scaffolding of our arguments visible, so they can judge it on its merits. This care, though seemingly circuitous, is the only way to imbue certainty to the final analysis. This care is not largesse, but an understanding of our common humanity, for men only accept the Truths they teach themselves!
